Deverout Graham is the Managing Partner of Deverout and Associates, a business transformation consultancy headquartered in Bedford and London, with a global affiliate network. He is the firm’s principal strategic thinker and the voice behind its published frameworks and thought leadership.
His work centres on positioning leaders for 2030 realities across agentic AI, generative AI, and physical AI and robotics — helping UK enterprise and global mid-market clients in manufacturing, finance, and healthcare build the strategy, talent, and governance the next decade will demand.
Philosophy

Deverout’s approach draws on a distinct intellectual grounding: the Caribbean tradition of open scholarship and the Groundings methodology, integrated with Western analytical rigour, Eastern strategic patience, and African community-centred resilience.
